| 盧相見僧軸有孤竹及益之詩。題曰。當代文章伯。唯稱李與崔。蓋非溢辭也。仲兄亦言。李之詩。自新羅以來法唐者。無出其右。嘗稱其。中天笙鶴下秋霄。千載孤雲已寂寥。明月洞門流水在。不知何處武陵橋之作。以爲不可及已。 |

| 소재(蘇齋) 노(盧) 정승이 승축(僧軸)에 고죽(孤竹 최경창(崔慶昌)의 호) 및 익지(益之)의 시가 있는 것을 보고 시를 짓기를
이 시대에 제일가는 문장으로는 / 當代文章伯 유독 이와 최를 일컫는다오 / 唯稱李與崔 라 하였는데, 대체로 지나친 말은 아니었다. 중형 또한 말하기를, “이의 시는 신라 이래로 당시(唐詩)를 법받은 자로서는 그 보다 나은 사람은 없을 것이다.” 하였다. 그리고 일찍이 그의 시 중에서, 중천의 생학은 가을 하늘에 내려오고 / 中天笙鶴下秋霄 천년의 고운은 하마 벌써 적막하구나 / 千載孤雲已寂寥 밝은 달 트인 문엔 유수가 놓였으니 / 明月洞門流水在 어디쯤 무릉교가 있는지 궁금하네 / 不知何處武陵橋 라 한 작품을 칭송하면서 그에게 미치지 못하리라 여겼었다. |

| Seeing poems by Ch’oe Kyŏngch’ang and Yi Tal on a monk’s scroll, Minister No Susin wrote, 當代文章伯唯稱李與崔 Masters of literature in the present ageare only Yi and Ch’oe. This was not an overstatement. My second brother Hŏ Pong also commented, “Since the time of Silla, of those who follow the example of Tang poetry, none has surpassed Yi’s poems.” He often praised the following phrase by Yi, 中天笙鶴下秋霄千載孤雲已寂寥明月洞門流水在不知何處武陵橋 In mid-air, playing a reed pipe, riding a crane, he descends through autumn sky.Solitary Cloud of a thousand years agois already silent.Before the gate of Bright Moon Grotto, there runs a stream.I wonder where the bridge to Wuling is. and believed it could not be matched. |
