| 驪州淸心樓。題咏甚多。唯牧隱。捍水功高馬巖石。浮天勢大龍門山。號爲絶唱。近世。李弘男詩。乍白忽靑拖끌타練水。似輩還展畵眉山。亦工矣。但非獨淸心樓。他題咏皆可用之。所以不佳也 |

| Many have written poems on Ch’ŏngsim Tower in Yŏju, but only Yi Saek’s, 捍水功高馬岩石浮天勢大龍門山 Blocking the water, your merit is high,Horse Cliff Rock.Holding up the sky, your might is great,Dragon Gate Mountain. is claimed to be a poetic masterpiece (chŏlch’ang). Recently, Yi Hongnam’s poem, 乍白忽靑拖練水似顰還展畫眉山 First white then suddenly blue, the running brocade river. Like knitted then opened, the painted eyebrow mountain. is also refined (kong). But since it can be used to describe not only Chŏngsim Tower but also others, it is not excellent (ka). |
