| 석천(石川) 임억령(林億齡)이 꿈에 시 한 연구(聯句)를 얻었다.
바람은 마른 잎 나부끼어 강 언덕에 지고 / 風飄枯葉江干墮 구름은 먼 산 안고 바다 위에 솟아난다 / 雲抱遙岑海上生 그후에 관동(關東) 관찰사가 되어 삼척(三陟) 죽서루(竹西樓)에 올라보니, 보이는 것이 과연 이전의 꿈과 맞았다. |

| 1. Im Ŏngnyŏng composed a couplet in a dream, 風飄枯葉江干墮雲抱遙岑海上生 The wind blows, and with it, dry leaves fall along the riverbank.The clouds embrace the distant peak, rising above the sea. Later, when Im Ŏngnyŏng served as the governor of Kangwŏn province, he visited Chuksŏ Tower in Samch’ŏk. What he saw there accorded with his dream. |
