龔天使之來也。湖陰安分寓菴開酒統軍亭。亂酌吟詩。寓菴醉贈妓生一絶曰。舞愛翻紅袖。歌憐斂翠眉。湖陰安分佯醉。不復下筆。

1. When the imperial envoy Gong Yongqing 龔用卿 (1500–1563) came, Chŏng Saryong, Yi Hŭibo, and Cho In’gyu hosted a banquet at T’onggun Pavilion, where they enjoyed wine and engaged in poetry writing. When Cho became intoxicated, he presented a quatrain to a kisaeng, which included the following couplet, 舞愛翻紅袖歌憐斂翠眉 You dance delightfully, swaying the red sleeves.You sing tenderly, lowering the dark eyebrows.Upon witnessing this, Chŏng and Yi pretended to be drunk and refrained from writing any further.
