沈梧灘攸家在龍山。其樓居風景絕勝。一生以詩酒為事。其題蘇小小圖云。蘇小門前楊柳垂。可憐春色鬥雙眉。青驄客過錢塘曲。偶似檀郎問是誰。南溪春水欲勝船。越女明妝載管弦。笑喚垂虹橋畔客。隔花遙擲買魚錢。雅韻近唐。
Sim Yu 沈攸 (1620–1688; sobriquet Ot’an [Wutong Sandbar]) lived in Yongsan. His house was at an exceptional scenic site, and he spent his whole life on poetry and wine. His poem “On the Painting of Little Su” 題蘇小小圖 reads, 蘇小門前楊柳垂可憐春色鬥雙眉靑驄客過錢塘曲偶似檀郎問是誰 Outside Little Su’s gatewillow branches hang low.The lovely colors of springvie with her painted eyebrows.When a traveler on a piebald horse passes the Qiantang River bend,to see perchance it is her lover,she asks who he is. His poem “The Song of South Creek” 南溪曲 reads, 南溪春水欲勝船越女明粧載管弦笑喚垂虹橋畔客隔花遙擲買魚錢 The spring waters of South Creekjust about rise to the boat.Lovely women with powdered facescarry in flutes and harps.With laughter, they call the travelerby the Rainbow Bridge.Over the flowers he casts themthe money from selling his fish. Their elegant sound (aun) comes close to that of the Tang poems (kŭndang).
