金頤叔。搆亭於東湖。窓下有松戴雪得句。窓壓松頭雪。久未覓對。適鄭湖陰至。金曰。先覓此對。然後可坐。鄭卽應曰。軒臨雁背風。金曰得。 |

김이숙(金頤叔 이름은 안로(安老))은 정자를 동호(東湖)에 지었는데, 창 밑에 있는 소나무가 눈을 이고 있는 것을 보고,
창은 소나무 위 눈을 누르고 / 窓壓松頭雪 라는 시 한 구를 얻었으나, 오랫동안 대구를 찾지 못하였다. 마침 정호음(鄭湖陰 사룡(士龍))이 찾아왔으므로 김이숙이, “먼저 이 시의 대구를 채운 연후에야 앉을 수 있소.” 하자, 정호음이 즉석에서, 마루는 기러기 등 바람에 임했도다 / 軒臨雁背風 라고 응대하였더니, 김이숙은 되었다고 하였다. |
English Translation |

Kim Allo (styled Isuk) built a pavilion by East Lake. There was a snow-covered pine by the window, so he composed the following line, 窓壓松頭雪 The window presses the snow atop a pine. For a long time, he could not find a line to match it. When Chŏng Saryong came for a visit, Kim said to him, “Let’s first find the matching line and then take our seats.” Chŏng immediately responded, 軒臨雁背風 The terrace faces the wind on the back of the geese. Kim remarked, “You got it.” |
