李參判瑞雨。號松坡。漁村卽事詩云。急雨懸山風湧波。數間茅屋掩靑蘿。箇中人事商量得。兒補魚罾父織簔。此詩盖襲朴思菴。籬掛簔衣簷晒網。望中漁屋夕陽多之句。而商量得三字。不雅

Second Minister (ch’amp’an) Yi Sŏu’s (sobriquet Songp’a [Pine Hill]) poem “Fishing Village, An Impromptu Poem” 漁村即事 said, 急雨懸山風湧波數間茅屋掩靑蘿個中人事商量得兒補魚罾父織蓑 A sudden rain showers on Hyŏn Mountain.The winds push the waves to surge.At a thatched cottage with several rooms, covered in green ivy,there, inside, matters of human life can be comprehended.Child mends the fishing net.Father weaves the straw rain cape.The poem perhaps follows a line by Pak Sun, 籬掛簑衣簷曝網望中漁屋夕陽多 Straw rain capes hang on the fences. Fishing nets air on the eaves.The fisherman’s house in view glows under the setting sun.But the three words “can be comprehended” is inelegant (pur’a).
